Aero7 Ltd, trading as Magvideo (company no. SC894206, registered office 1/3 27 Watson Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G1 5AL). Contact: support@magvideo.net. These terms cover your Magvideo account and subscription; the software itself is licensed under the EULA.
Magvideo is a desktop video editor with AI features. AI features require an active subscription and an internet connection; local editing features work offline. AI usage is subject to a monthly credit allowance stated at purchase; unused credits do not roll over. We may add, change, or remove features; we will not materially degrade the core paid service during a period you have paid for.
One account per person; keep your email secure; you must be 18+ or the age of digital consent in your country. Devices: a subscription covers use on up to 2 of your own devices, one active session at a time.
£23.99 per month, plus applicable taxes where not included. Billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' email notice, effective from your next billing period; if you don't accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancel any time via the account page (Stripe customer portal); access continues to the end of the paid period; no partial-month refunds beyond the guarantee below.
If you are unhappy for any reason, email support@magvideo.net within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. On refund, your licence and access end. The guarantee applies once per customer.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality) or equivalent local law. Cooling-off: because you asked for immediate access to digital content and acknowledged losing the statutory 14-day cancellation right at checkout, the statutory right does not apply — but our guarantee in clause 6 gives you the same 14 days, contractually.

You own your footage, projects, and exports. We claim no rights over anything you make with Magvideo. You are responsible for having the rights to the media you edit.
AI features are probabilistic assistants: review edits before relying on them. We do not guarantee any particular quality, accuracy, or fitness of AI-generated edits, captions, or suggestions.
AI features depend on third-party providers and may be interrupted; we aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned material downtime will be notified where reasonable.
We may suspend or terminate for material breach (including AUP violations or chargeback abuse), with notice and a chance to remedy where reasonable. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give at least 60 days' notice and refund any paid-but-unserved period.
Nothing excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amounts you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data (keep backups of your projects and media — Magvideo edits non-destructively but you are responsible for your files).
Scotland; courts of Scotland, except that consumers resident elsewhere keep the protection of their local mandatory rules and courts.
Material changes notified by email 14 days ahead; continued use after that is acceptance; if you object, cancel per clause 5.
