Subject to an active subscription and these terms, Aero7 Ltd (trading as Magvideo) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Magvideo application on up to 2 devices you own or control, for your own projects (personal or commercial work product is fine — the restriction is on the software, not your output).
You may not: copy (except one backup), modify, reverse engineer or decompile except as permitted by law (ss. 50A–50C CDPA 1988), rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or provide the software as a service to third parties; circumvent licence checks, credit metering, or the update mechanism; use the software to develop a competing product by systematic extraction of its behaviour.
The software, its design, and all IP remain ours or our licensors'. Your content and exports are yours (Terms clause 9).
The app auto-updates; updates may be required for continued AI functionality. We sign all builds; do not run unsigned copies.
Open-source components are licensed under their own terms, listed in the app's About screen ("Open Source Licences") and at magvideo.net/licenses.
Entitlement is cached for up to 72 hours offline; beyond that, AI features pause until the app can re-verify. Local editing continues regardless while your subscription is active.
The licence lasts while your subscription is active and ends on expiry, refund, or termination for breach. On termination you must uninstall; your project files and exports remain yours and remain on your machine.
Provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law, subject to consumer statutory rights; liability as per Terms clause 13.
