Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Magvideo or its AI features to:

• (a) process or produce content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, including content that infringes others' IP or privacy;
• (b) create deceptive media of real people without consent or lawful basis;
• (c) attempt to extract, resell, or programmatically farm the AI credit allowance, probe or overload the API, or reverse-engineer the proxy;
• (d) violate Anthropic's Usage Policy, which applies to AI requests passed through our service.

We may throttle or suspend accounts for abuse per Terms clause 12. You are solely responsible for the media you edit and publish.
